Bull The Bull finally made it

After a couple of delays, the Recteq RT-700 finally arrived at my shop. Some of my employees put it together this afternoon, but did not mount the Smoke Box or front shelf. I will do that tomorrow. Now, I can't wait to start using it.

I am going to cook some chicken thighs and drumsticks. And, I think we will make some pig candy.
Oh, and some Mac and cheese. I am sure that I will have 5-6 cooks on it by the end of the weekend.
