First pulled pork for me on RT700. Planning to eat between 5 and 6pm. Thinking 225 on at 6/7am to be safe. Unwrapped to end. Wrap in cooler when pull out. What do you think?

Looks great Heypatton. Wow 16hrs for 6lbs. I was estimating at 1.5hr/lb but 16hrs is lot slower. Maybe I better put it on tonight and then I can slow it down or wrap it by noon tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up. Would suck tomorrow night not being done.i did my first on rt700 last week. I did 225 an internal temp at 195. It took 16 hours. 6lb shoulder. View attachment 4957
