So as I posted on here earlier, when my RT-700 arrived there were 2 missing bags of pellets and one bag that was partially crushed. I called Recteq support and they said they would send out replacement pellets immediately. I suggested a rub and sauce bundle inliue of the pellets. This arrived today.
