Bull RT-700 Bull Smokebox cover on an RT-700 with no smokebox

My new Bull arrives next week and I'm so pumped! The cover is unfortunately sold out. I intend to purchase a smokebox at some point....perhaps it'll be a Christmas present! Could I use the cover designed for the grill w/ a smokebox? I'd hate to spend $85 on a cover (when they are back in stock) only to need another cover 6-12 months down the road.

Anybody have some info? Could I get the cover for the smokebox and use it for now on my grill with no smokebox?

Yes and it will be a lot easier to get the cover on and off
