That’s interesting and sounds ideal. Do you paint over it, or leave it as-is?Use this stuff, just bush some on and it will turn the rusted area black and stop the rust. I'm been using products like this on vehicles for over 30 years, it just works, it's quick and simple.

Since it turns black, nearly the same color as the existing black paint, you don't have to paint it, though you can if you have some touch up paint. I actually used some last weekend on the corner of the black part under the cookbox that had a small amount of rust on one of the sharp bends and after it cured, I can hardly see where I applied it.That’s interesting and sounds ideal.
