I’m planning to smoke a Prime Rib (about 12lbs) for Easter on my RT-700. I’ve seen some recipes and videos on the internet. Wondering if anyone had amy recommendations on rub/glaze/temps/etc?

I like Penzey's Prime Rib Rub. It's low in salt so you can dry brine the night before without worry of being too salty. I roast at 235 in my 700 until desired IT. I do not sear. Always looks and tastes great
