Point or flat?

I only have time to either do a flat or point. Which one would you do? I have about 7 hours tomorrow.

Been there tried that, Don't do either you will be rushed and dissapointed.

Get some steaks or seafood and relax. It is Fathers Day! No stress.

Save the brisket for another day.

While I like @Pops‘ suggestion best, if I was faced with the choice you pose (with no alternative), I would choose the point. It will be more moist and flavorful. That said, it will also take longer to cook as it will be a thicker piece of meat. I think, however, that you can do it in the seven-hour time frame you pose. You’ll probably need to cook it at 250 F or more to do so, however, so the smoke may not be quite as good. YMMV
