Stuck to the peel I guess. I make all kinds of shapes, last one I made looked like Texas.Love the shape.
I just use a perforated pizza pan on the rack and grill set to 500. takes 12min for a 16in. make sure your pan is over the drip pan and not hanging over the air gap next to it, or it will burn that part.I just got the Patio 410, and stumbled upon pizza oven attachments. Just not sure if there is one that fits. currently looking at this one: Stanbroil Wood Fired Pizza Oven Attachment Pizza Maker
What are some other alternatives? Just a good pizza stone on the grates?
