Busted out the GMG pizza oven. Got it to come out roundish this time! Homemade dough, sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, onion, and fresh mozzarella.

I’ve briefly tried it a few times, I end up with holes in it as soon as I start. If one of the local colleges has a pizza tossing class I’d go to it. Could use one for good sauce too.

There’s something RT could put on, I’d take a trip down for that.
 
For me that’s the hardest part, getting the dough stretched, much less to be round.

If the dough is allowed to rise long enough and punched down twice, it will stretch and hold shape. If you're fighting it, it hasn't fermented long enough.
 
That’s a great looking pie!!! My mouth is watering. I like the shape. It keeps me from thinking it was made in a machine. It’s the perfect midpoint between a traditional round pizza and a square pizza, lol. Well done. When’s the next pizza party? Can you share your settings and cook times?
