The Bullseye is such a versatile piece of gear. I’ve smoked, grilled, and now I’ve made my first pot of chili and I don’t think another pot will ever be cooked on the stove. I took out the grate and set the Dutch oven right on the plate and cooked at 250. The seasoning was Holy Gospel and the meat ball was 1 pound of hot sausage and two pounds of ground chuck. Had about 4 hours into the cook and used competition blend pellets. Absolutely a hit with the men’s group.

Looks wonderful! Where did you get the Holy Gospel, and the recipe for the mix?

Not sure if you have an Ace nearby, but the one near me sells all of Meat Church rubs and sauces. And you're right, a recipe for that chili would be appreciated:cool:

@okie in addition to Ace you can go to the Meat Church website and either order from them or check for retailers near you.

Looks awesome. Chile in a Dutch oven is the sna-nizzle.
Can’t wait to do it on my 700
