RT-1250 Not receiving notifications

Open till just recently I receive notifications for everything temperature changes reached out almost at temp And now nothing I have restarted the app I’ve deleted and reconfigured the grill turn my phone off and on any suggestions
 
It's a persistent and known problem with the Recteq app on holidays where lots of people are using their grills. It is frustratingly stupid as it's been a recurring problem on every busy weekend and it appears that the company could not care less. The app connects to a server in the cloud and the server gets overloaded.
