Wow! Watching the changing Recteq models is like watching a ping-pong match! Just keeping track of the model names and/or model numbers is a study in mental gymnastics. Interesting times.

The lid on the new and improved 1070 looks like it will actually keep the rain out. There’s no stand option. Can’t wait for a review on it, the price point is too close to a MAK.

I figured they would get rid of the 1250 just like the 700. The flagship kind of replaces both but with a taller oval barrel. The Flagship XL is a nice gap grill between the Flagship and BFG.

Just watched their Friday video today, and that E-Series looks like a real winner, and priced accordingly. . Not everyone is wanting a built-in option, but if you are it’s worth a look. I guess I’m surprised they didn’t offer a stand-alone version like the 1070.
