I like the smaller wheel version. The larger wheels remind me of a baby carriage.

That’s exactly what I told @charlesrshell when he showed me that a few months ago! If the lid was hinged to the right in the picture, it would be perfect.

I think you are right. Paint is part of the issue. I was going to use a tap and die and cut the threads to United States of North America standards but decided to get the Lowe's hub caps. Here are two Bullseye's wheel mods I have seen in FB Recteq groups that are pretty kool.

I did not do the Bullseye 4 wheel mod. Can't find the link for the smaller wheel mod. I found the link to the larger wheel mod. I am pretty sure the wheels were purchased at Tractor Supply store.

@gwrace1 I found two links where I first seen info for the small Bullseye 4 wheel mod. Read thru both of them and you will find some info. Wheels may have been purchased from Harbor Freight.

Welcome @gwrace1. I still may do the Bullseye 4 wheel mod but not till next spring or summer.

That looks like a little more work than I want to tackle at the moment. I plan to stick with the upgraded caps or nuts and washers if I can get them to work.

22" grate is from Big Poppa Smokers, 18" rack is from Vision Grills. Also have a 14" drip pan from Smokeware. Prefer stainless to ceramic or cast iron when smoking.
