Just did my first turkey on my bull. Very pleased with the results. Already getting ideas for my next adventure. Turkey came out really good. I will remove it a bit earlier next time. I took it off when probe was 165°. Forgot that it still cooks a bit when removed. Was still juicy and all, but, I know I can do better. Skin was a perfect crispiness! Turkey was brined for 2 days.
