I just put my order in today. I haven't been searching for a pellet grill, untill I saw the smokefire at Lowe's. The porcelain enamel grates and lack luster reviews sent me on a search for a better option. Once I came across the stainless steel work of art. I new this was the grill for me. I kept looking around but always came back to this one.
I am used to smoking on my WSM and Vision ceramic grill and controlling the amount of smoke by the amount of wood chunks I add at the start of the cook. And was looking at smoke tubes, and wondering if I need one and how I use one but not put too much smoke in and overpower my flavor profile.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
