iOS app keeps disconnecting

Anyone else experience the app just going offline after about 15-20 minutes? The only way to get it back is to kill the app and relaunch, but then it just does it again. It's been working flawlessly for almost 2-years. Not sure what's going on.

Edit: Iphone11 user - no issues. Recteq servers responding slowly is the only issue I encounter and that's universal - doesn't matter which brand phone you have.

I just used the new app on a new iPhone last week. I did have to delete and re-add my grill because of all of the changes, but after that I had no issues for a 13 hour cook.

I used the app on my 12 and absolutely no issues. Then again I have never had issues except when everyone is cooking and the issue that RT servers are not scalable.
