Bull I got my 700 last week.

This is my first pellet grill, so its taking a bit of relearning on my part. I'm getting it dialed pretty good at this point. So far I've done burgers, smoked chicken, and pork shoulders. I'm really happy with the grill so far.

Were you able to unpack and assemble the grill by yourself? I know that two people are recommended but, I am wondering if that is a must.

I did mine by myself.. standing up was the only challenge but it can be done.
