General Note #1: Our Rec Tec Trailblazer was not injured (or used) in this cook.
General Note #2: To the forum admin: Please don’t throw me out of the forum for a “non Rec Tec Trailblazer” post.
This is simply how we grilled out MOST of the time before purchasing our beloved Rec Tec Trailblazer RT-340. Specifically, the back patio which faces Whiskey Cove on Lake Balboa in Hot Springs Village. Someday I'll figure out how to provide a “weather safe” environment for my grills and patio furniture, as I’d really like to have ALL of them out on the patio looking over the lake.
Misc Grill Observations - all times are CDT

- Grill did a great job of cooking these burgers as it has for the last year!
General Comments:
- Maybe it’s because of comfort, but the burgers off the Smokey Joe just seem to taste better.
- Grill performance was as expected.
- Grill Support tool was a recently purchased Tito’s Vodka/Cranberry Juice Cocktail blend, mixed in a modified Grey Goose Vodka Bottle bottom made into a drink glass….
