Bull Graduation shoulders

Oldest graduated and wanted pulled pork. Started with 16 10# butts, took 4 cooks at 15hrs per cook. Lot of work but beats a catering bill and turned out pretty good.

somewhere they claim the 700 holds around 7 10# shoulders, they lie. Didn't think I would be cooking for a week but it was worth it.

congratulations on having a smart kid! nice cooking. i have cooked 36hrs straight one time with the bull and even with it being a easy grill i was tired of cooking!

Congratulations to the graduate.
I’ve done six bits at once and had room for at least a couple more. I had to use the large extra rack but I’m confident it will do eight.
