Getting false message 'Your Grill has reached temperature"

Has anybody else been getting a message your grill has reached temperature when you have not turned it on? This has happened several times to me and scares the S..t out of me every time!!! I go to the app and the grill is indeed off!

Never plugged in when not using so no big deal here.

First I’ve heard of the problem, I’d delete and reload the app. If that doesn‘t work call RT.
