I used my 590 for the first time yesterday. Got it home Tuesday night, assembled and burn-in Wednesday night then started smoking Thursday morning. Did pork bellies and brisket in one go (due to time). The family liked it but wondering what others might think. I enjoyed the experience so much I'm gonna grab a 340 tomorrow for small stuff here and there.
