I’m on the home stretch of my first ever overnight cook! Two pork shoulders put on the Bull around 10:00 last night. I got to say I don’t think I will ever get used to trusting a grill to go unattended over night. Currently going pretty good though. Booth are sitting at around 175 degrees. Getting close. I’ll post pics when it’s finished.
