I’m on the home stretch of my first ever overnight cook! Two pork shoulders put on the Bull around 10:00 last night. I got to say I don’t think I will ever get used to trusting a grill to go unattended over night😂. Currently going pretty good though. Booth are sitting at around 175 degrees. Getting close. I’ll post pics when it’s finished.

Good deal! Looks and sounds like my recent first overnight with a pork shoulder. The ability to trust a smoker to maintain a set temp, while still producing smoke snd heat was the primary reason I bought my recteq. After my first and only overnight successful smoke of a pork butt I am now a hopeful skeptic. Not ready to get rid of my offset yet.
