Same. I saw it on their Instagram and online. I think it makes it look cool but i don’t plan on moving it a lot so I would get no real value. However it does look cool, and with the shape of the stampede the stock legs looks like my grill works out but skips leg day.I dont have Facebook
I know of no other place at this time that you can see the cart in use.
The videos show the wider base and improved stability and rigidity of the cart and the benefit and functionality of the better casters on the cart.
All 4 casters are of better quality than the base casters. All 4 casters swivel all 4 casters lock.
Eee! $100 for a folding shelf!! I mean I get its stainless steel, but
Cart is a beast... besides it being massive what's the added value of having it? Just curious..never seen it in person

That's going to make a lot of RecTec Stampede owners happy!
I will pass because I got one a lot cheaper and it looks like the stamped logo has raised the surface. I want that surface flat. The cover is going to hang up on the shelf brackets when covering the grill. The bracket design has created a rub point for the cover to end up with a rub through hole in it. Design grade D+.

I suspect my all weather vents will have the same issue. They are sharp.
But I haven't heard of anybody having that problem yet, or with the RT-700 shelf which is the same. I'll find out I guess. This is what I'm going to use my credit with Rec Tec on.
Personally I'm not a big fan of the competition cart, it looks nice but you lose storage.
Agree with you on the shelf likely not creating a problem for the cover.
As for the vents, I remove mine when I don't need them.
I am able to do this because I have bent the two top tabs of the all weather vents upward and leave the bottom tabs pretty much straight, or with a slight bend in them at best.
This allows me to "hook" the tabs into the grill's vent holes and they more or less hang into place.
I don't particularly like the look of the vents, so much so that I painted them matte black with grill paint. They still looked awful to me, and so I remove them unless I'm doing an overnight cook and rain is in the forecast.
