I did the 2-2-1 method....5 hrs at 225... was just rIght....not so done they fell apart and yet were very tender and moist....spritzed with apple cider vinegar/apple juice mixture....in foil I used honey, unsalted butter, and some spritz mixturelooks great bud! how you cooking them? im doing two racks tomorrow myself! ribs are fun to cook
