Did my first cook yesterday on the Bullseye. Spatchcock chicken. Noticed oil/grease drips on the mat coming from the dome lid cover. Anybody else experiencing this? I have the Lid Spacer installed and all is screwed on tight.
i have, my first cook was chicken thighs, i even talked to a rec tec rep about it, was told basically use it more and the vents will close up a bit and that should help, but overall when cooking "greasy" foods like chicken it will do that, i bought a small grill pad at the local hardware store so i dont get the drippings on my deck
