I present to you, Crispy Crowns a la Carne Asada. Anyone can cook with perfect ingredients, prep, and a recipe, but it takes a special level of pro to take leftover skirt steak you sous vide'd for 6 hours, queso from local Mexican joint and 1/4 bag of Ore Ida Crispy Crowns left in the freezer and produce just pure gourmet dishes. Seasoned with Meat Church fajita and steak seared on the bullseye in RIOT.
