So today i decided to give smoked cream cheese a try today. Cream cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning on it and figured I’d set it on xtreme smoke.
Recently installed the bfg auger as well.
I could not keep the bull on 180 for anything. Put auger from 20 to 15 as well and still was either not getting low enough or was having flame outs with constant up and down on the temps. Finally just gave up on the xtreme smoke and left it at 200 and still some spikes happening.
Still smoking now so we’ll see how this cream cheese came out soon but not sure if it was a combo of the bfg and pellet type or just one of those.
