Stampede Cold Smoke Idea

Ok brain working overtime trying a cold or hot smoker. I have about 28 dollars in it with the adjustable pump and tubing. I had the bee smoker laying around. Simply drilled a small hole in the bellows in line with the smoker bottom tube and stuck the line thru about a quarter inch from the lower tube. Smoke is cold because it doesn't rise it sinks down like dry ice and you can't feel much heat. What you think will it last? I was thinking the large silicon tubing may clog eventually. That test is with B&B hickory chips grill off.

One thing very easy to add chips filled it 3/4 with B&B hickory wood testing how long it will burn.
Edit: about an hour in still smoking the same. Pump is on high was hoping for a little more smoke. Guessing full with wood about 5 -6 hours burn. May try adding some pellets to see if I get more smoke. Also some condensation from the wood so may need a pan under it.

Ok here's my findings after using it with the grill. My little air pump sux would not overcome the backpressure from the grill. It may have been defective but no matter hooked it to my air compressor with just a trickle of air and it is smoking great. Sending that pump back.

Latest in the cold hot smoker saga the bee smoker leaked too much condensation and not good blue smoke this one changes all that. Half pot of hickory chips and pellet mix smoked 4 hours test and 3/4 inch liquid in the jar works very good nice blue smoke. Russian ingenuity baffles in the side stack cleans and cools the smoke. About 3 days to build leisurely work.

Ha! This is the sputnik prototype it was to heavy and had to be repurposed. Smokes before it goes up ha! I got the idea from some Russian site actually.
