Spicy - very spicy snack sticks.

Made with ground Canada goose, curing salt, tomato paste, dried New Mexico chilis, pasilla chilis, ancho chilis tepin peppers, petin peppers, and jalapeños peppers.

Smoked with hickory.

Did not taste terrible!
