No longer shipping to Canada???

Seeing and confirmed on Recteq website that they are no longer shipping to Canada. Glad I’ve got mine but too bad for others. Anyone have info as to why and hoping they will still support with parts if any issues arise?

I am betting is a customs and delivery issue with the virus.
I had been shipping powder coat powders all over the world.
In the last 3 months I have seen a number of shipment diverted from air to ship delivery taking a 5 to 10 day delivery to 2 months or more then when it arrived onshore another month in customs. So we have stopped international shipments unless the customer states they understand we have NO control on delivery times
