Thought id share how I used up some goose breasts and had people asking for more. I took 8 breasts (four geese) and sliced them in half horizontally so i had 16 pieces. I liberally seasoned them with SPG and then dusted one side with cayenne to taste, I smoked on low for 3+ hours and then sliced into jerky or finger sized pieces. I then put into sandwich sized zip locks and froze until use. My son who shoots most of them passed them out to his hunting partners and now they all beg for more and the recipe.
