Stampede Burger temperature

Curious as to what's the recommended temperature to grill burgers on the Stampede. I'll be using the grilling grates, flat side up. I've done it before but always at different temperatures. Tonight I have it set for 435 degrees. Just waiting for it to come up to temperature

i dont have the grill grates yet. but on my 700 i do burgers at 350 and don’t even flip them. i put the cheese on at 150 and pul when the cheese wraps nice. without the grates i get alot of greese splater above 375 with 80/20 meat that i use.

I did waygu 250 for 1 hour then full for 10 minutes. It’s incredible
