Bullseye Bullseye 380

I got a new Bullseye 380 and the first real use the temperature has been dropping from 225 to 140 and I am getting erro code 1 & 2. Checked there is no pellet block the auger is working and so is the igniter but the temperature is fluctuating. Anyone had this problem, Thanks Pete

Kinda had the same problem. Got error 2. Anyone know what the error codes indicate?

Is the fan/blower working? That’s the other critical component to maintaining a consistent temperature.
