My salmon is curing right now and tomorrow I’m planning on smoking it on my Stampede with the grill off, and only a smoke tube in there. It’s supposed to be in the 90’s here tomorrow so l don’t know if that will speed it up but I’m planning on it being in there for at least 12 hours. Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated! This will be an experiment for me because it will be my first time using the tube too.
