Hey Ya'll- New Bullseye owner. Previously used a Weber Bullet Smoker with mixed results and lots of labor. Setting up the cure now and hoping to throw some ribs or chicken on tomorrow (maybe tonight). I saw that a drip pan is recommended for long cooks, how about a water pan? Thanks in advance.
 
makes sense. Putting ribs on baby back ribs today, hoping for awesome results.

I use a drip pan/foil cook sheet with my 590 religiously. They’re cheap and easy for cleanup. I’ve never used a water pan but I’ll be watching for feedback on that.
