Hey Ya'll- New Bullseye owner. Previously used a Weber Bullet Smoker with mixed results and lots of labor. Setting up the cure now and hoping to throw some ribs or chicken on tomorrow (maybe tonight). I saw that a drip pan is recommended for long cooks, how about a water pan? Thanks in advance.
