Meh, got one a while back. My vacuum sealing just a few minutes ago was much more productive and satisfying.

I agree that overall it was pretty worthless survey, looked very big business to me.

Yep! The only purpose I could see for that survey is that RT could say “we surveyed our customers.”

And I feel pretty confident that those who did the survey, were plenty brutal about the shortcomings. These are premium grills; they deserve a premium app or at least semi premium.

Not everyone has issues with it, other than disconnecting once in a while it works as well as I need it to.

Ah, yes; therein lies the problem; disconnecting. The app relies on the RT servers which are wholly inadequate for the job. Sometimes, it does work OK (Wednesday mornings come to mind) but—frequently—it just drops in and out or doesn’t work at all. At least, that’s been my experience. YMMV
