I’m no expert but have trouble getting chicken to crisp up in the RT Bull. Could I smoke them in the RT and then move them to my convection oven? If so what temp would I use in the oven and for how long? Thanks in advance.
Wife and kids got me a 45qt ICER for my birthday today. I’ve been looking at those types of coolers for a year or more. Seems to be well made and seals up extremely well. Anybody have an experiences with one?

Well, after about 3 months of debating with my own mind, I finally placed my order for The Bull tonight! This will be used for smoking and grilling both. Can’t wait to see it come off the truck!
I’ve learned that the RTs are the best pellet smokers. I’m curious if I can replace my Weber Genesis 310 and Char Broil electric smoker if I get one? Still want to be able to grill burgers quickly during the week and then smoke on weekends. Thanks in advance!
