Look up the baby b que pit boys on YouTube. They make all kinds of foods that would cook good on these. One of my favorites is the bacon bomb. It is amazing.
Yeah real simple whatever stuffing you want (cheese or cream cheese or sausage and cheese) wrap in a ball of your favorite sausage, then wrap with your favorite thick sliced bacon. Extreme smoke until internal is around 90-100 then heat up a bit to get the meat to around 160 and you are set.
Looking for a really good grill set. Most of them are flimsy or bend or rust. I don't mind paying I just want a good set. Spatula, tongs, fork, in a nice good quality set to hang on my 700.
