Wind Therapy

My other ride, not pictured is pretty high maintenance, but on the 7th of this month has been with me 40 years. Looks great on the back and has a mouth like the proverbial sailor ( former bartender/manager) but a keeper.
Nice, congrats! My wife and I are both on our second marriage, so I don’t think 40 years is in the cards for us. But I will happily take 25 and counting!

Well for starters the intake is a little too close to the exhaust and she has been stroked, and bored. So I have to fill her up often.
Preferred lubricant?

Natural mixed with saliva. Non of that synthetic garbage. It is best to keep it fresh and clean so it needs to be drained and refilled often with a few ounces of additive.
Spoken like a true professional ;)

WOW 2 Wings.....and what marvelous machines they are, I haven't ridden the latest models.....but fully understand them to be mile eating and performance marvels!!!
The Red/Black (Scarlett) is a 2015 and for us is a great mile eater with the stock seat. Not the Black (KITT) 2021. I had to change the stock seat to an Ultimate to get more than 100 miles without discomfort. Some folks love the 2018+ stock seat, it just wasn't a good one for us. Now with the change of seats, she eats miles very well.

KITT is the DCT version and is very smooth. The front end is connected to the handle bars by tie rods. The bike has 4 modes - Tour, Eco, Rain, Sport. In Sport mode she is VERY spirited.

Plus, the wife said I could keep them both!

Speaking of Wind Therapy, we buy a home on the beach and send one of our tenants into the wind to go fishing for us, and they catch a Flounder and then take it home for them! Picture caught by our contractor doing renovations, over our house! Osprey with a Flounder it its talons. The contractor tells us we have Bald Eagles nesting on or property also! God Bless America and the Low Country of South Carolina!
