This is intriguing. Have the RT590. Love it, but it is not the best for grilling. Was kust thinking about buying a gas or charcoal grill. How does ti work for grilling? RT590 will work, but once you open the lid, take too long to get back to temp.
Sorry to hear that. I haven't had any issues since the initially setup. Running a WiFi 6 mesh network that is dual band, so only one SSID for both bands.
I put in an order on the 16th. It is arriving today. I did notice is seemed to come from Utah, since the package went through Nashville on it's way to Knoxville.
Once it is setup, there are no issues with using the Android app on the Samsung. They were supposed to have a fix in a couple weeks. That was three weeks ago.
Do you have a Samsung phone? I recently purchased a 590 and it would not go passed 0%. Called Recteq and they indicated there was an issue with Samsung Phones they were working on. I ended up digging up an old iPhone 6 and was able to get it connected. Works from Samsung now.
Have a new 590 coming in the next week or so. I have seen posts suggesting anti seize lubricant as well as loctite due to bolts loosiening over time. They don't mix. Leaning towards the anti seize. Any thoughts on which would be better?
