I did a reverse sear on some ribeyes and some pork chops last weekend it was delicious. Our guests we're very impressed! That's the only way to cook steaks if you have time.
Question for you guys: do I leave the searing grates in the Bull (not preferred) or should I clean them? If clean them, just soap and water?
