I just ordered my new Bull and am trying to decide what to cook on it first. What was the first thing you cooked on your Rec Tec smoker?

It looks like my Bull gets delivered on Thursday but I probably won’t get around to assembling it until Saturday. I hope the neighbor is up to helping, social distancing and all....

Most packages have instructions for cooking in the oven. Just follow those. I think my cook was at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Flipping is optional. Try to not eat all of it before going back inside.
