With the price of meat I haven't cooked on mine in well over a month other than hotdogs and hamburgers. I did pick up a pork shoulder about a week ago to do since it was on sale for $1.49/lb. Would love to do a brisket but not paying over $100 for one. It is cheaper to eat shrimp.

I do have my Rabideaux’s Sausage for my black eyed peas. Keep forgetting to ask the wife if she got cabbage.

We did a pork loin for Christmas, with Ben's Heffer Dust. It was EXCELLENT!!! Doing a Prime Rib today.
