Bullseye What has everyone is the best offset for Bullseye?

I currently have my Bullseye at default settings and have been using for mostly hot and fast with no issues, but curious what others have found as the best offset setting for both low and slow and hot and fast? or does everybody use a different setting for each?

17, because it was always running hot. Now it runs within 5 degrees of two other thermometers that I used to check it @ 225 degrees and no, the others were not meat probes.
