Been a while since I've done any thing worth mentioning with the Bullseye... Picked up some ground lamb the other day at Aldi's and was planning to do something along the lines of kofta kebabs but couldn't get the meat to stick to anything but my hands. So pivoting to 'boats' of aluminum foil was path forward.

16oz ground lamb
4oz finely diced sweet peppers
2oz finely diced sweet onion
salt
black pepper
spanish paprika
granulated onion
granulated garlic
Badia Complete seasoning blend
MSG

Approximately 45min at 350F and 20min at 400F till 165F internally.

Looks great. How was it?

So hard to find lamb around where I live. Used to cook it all the time when I lived in Wisconsin.

You would probably have to drive into an ethnic neighborhood to get lamb. Grocers, even Costco adapts what they sell based on the ethnicity of their clients. Some Costcos have huge Asian product selection, others have an abundance of Mexican foods. I remember there being a largely Bosnian area around St.Louis. War refugees. Point is - mostly they don't eat pork, so that would be a good neighborhood to hunt for lamb.
