im interested in getting the cold smoke box. it seems like it would be a great plate warmer and for heating up beans at low temps. but i do pizza on the grill every friday night. when i do pizza i set the bull to full power 530-550. im curious if i could do 0-400 wings in the top of the smoke box while cooking the pizza. anyone know how hot the cold smoker can get? thanks
