Well, great news for some of us. RK has just gone back to Lumber Jack pellets. I just picked up 3 bags of Competition blend. THey also had Hickory, Cherry, and Apple. My 1250 works the best with these. $11.99/20#.

Thanks for that update! I’m close to a RK, and I miss the LJ pellets. Although I will say, the Bear Mountain pellets have been stellar. I’d not be angry if I needed to stay with Bear Mountain.

My local Rural King had a sign up showing the Lumberjack pellets and the Rural KIng pellets as being the same product. BS. If they were the same product why go back to them.

Lignetics is the company that makes pellets for lumberjack, they also make pellets for Rual king and Bear mountain. It’s a local company so their pellets are everywhere around here. I bought 40 bags of lumber jack last fall for 7.00 a bag.

Something was different about the RK pellets from the LJs. Glad to see them back in stock.

I should be good for a minute with the 200lbs of Ultimate Blend that I got with my 1250. I’m enjoying the profile.
