Bull RT 700 saying it’s 697 degrees

Hey everyone,

As soon as I turn on my RT 700 the grill tells me it’s 697 degrees. I cleaned the grill thinking this would fix the issue but the issue continues. Any ideas?

Reading persists longer than 20 seconds or so?

If so, shut it down. Unplug, wait a while and while you're waiting, clean temp probe. Start again. If it persists, call RT.

Call Recteq CS. Sounds like probe is dead.
