Bull RT-700 Controller died! Adam to the rescue!

Hello,

I would like to give RecTeq Grills a shout out for their fantastic customer service and namely, Adam Cook, RecTeq customer service specialist. My controller died on my RT-700 Bull on a Friday night. I sent RecTeq an email early Saturday morning explaining my issue. I was surprised when I received a response by email followed by a phone call from Adam. After talking with him for a few minutes, it was determined that, indeed, my controller had given up the ghost. I sent Adam a pic of my serial number on my Bull. He called me back with a fantastic deal for a new control board for my grill. (I bought my Bull used so it was not under warranty.) We placed the order and it was shipped out the following Monday. I had the board at my house in Vermont by the end of the week. Installation was a breeze and my Bull was back in business! I have done a couple cooks on it since and it performs like new.

Adam was a pleasure to deal with and wanted to help get my Bull up and running as quickly as possible. I rave about and recommend RecTeq grills to anyone that will listen. Now I can vouch for their fantastic customer service as well.
